These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Drive Casablanca website and our car rental services. By making a booking or using our site, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

Company – Drive Casablanca.
Customer – the person making the booking or driving the vehicle.
Vehicle – any car provided by the Company under a rental agreement.
Agreement – the rental contract signed at pick-up plus these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.
Prices shown include taxes and mandatory insurance unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made by debit card or cash at pick-up. No credit card is required.
The Company may request a small pre-authorization for security in specific cases.

3. No Deposit & No Credit Card

Our service is designed to be accessible and transparent. Most rentals are provided with no deposit and no credit card. In exceptional circumstances, additional verification or a refundable hold may be requested for high-value vehicles or special conditions.

4. Driver Requirements & Documents

Minimum driver age is typically 21 with at least 1 year of valid driving license. Age rules may vary by vehicle category.
Required documents: passport or national ID, valid driving license, and booking confirmation.
Additional drivers must be registered on the Agreement before driving.

5. Insurance & Accident Procedure

Standard insurance is included unless otherwise stated. Details of coverage and any excess will be shown on the Agreement.
In case of accident or damage, notify the Company and local authorities immediately and complete an incident report.
Insurance does not cover negligence, drunk driving, racing, off-road use, or unauthorized drivers.

6. Vehicle Use

Use the Vehicle in a careful and lawful manner.
No smoking or transportation of illegal goods.
No sublease or use by persons not listed on the Agreement.
Off-road driving is not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing.

7. Fuel & Mileage

Fuel policy will be stated on the Agreement (for example, full to full).
Return the Vehicle with the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges.
Mileage limits, if any, will be specified at booking or on the Agreement.

8. Pick-up & Return

Pick-up and return locations include Casablanca Mohammed V Airport and designated city points.
Return the Vehicle on time and in the same condition, normal wear and tear accepted.
Late returns may incur additional daily charges or penalties after a grace period.

9. Cancellations & No-show

Free cancellation policy will be stated during booking. Some special offers may be non-refundable.
No-show without prior notice may result in a fee equal to one rental day.

10. Extensions & Early Return

To extend your rental, contact the Company before the Agreement expires.
Early return does not guarantee a refund unless agreed in advance.

11. Breakdowns, Damage & Cleanliness

In case of breakdown, contact the Company for assistance. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed.
Excessive dirt, sand, stains, or smoke smell may lead to a cleaning fee.
Wheels, tires, glass, interior, and underbody damage may not be covered by standard insurance unless specified.

12. Fines, Tolls & Traffic Violations

The Customer is responsible for all fines, parking tickets, tolls, and related administrative fees during the rental period.
When legally required, Customer details may be shared with authorities for processing violations.

13. Cross-border & Geographic Limits

Driving outside Morocco or to restricted areas is not allowed unless expressly approved in writing.
Additional insurance or fees may apply for cross-border permissions.

14. Liability

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Personal belongings left in the Vehicle are the Customer’s responsibility.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Data Protection

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes of providing rental services.

16. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morocco, unless mandatory consumer protection rules specify otherwise.
